Last week I was in Melbourne for a family holiday and I managed to get out and about to get some shots whilst there.
Flinders Street Station is right in the CBD and is one of the major stations.
It is also known as “the clock” station due to the clocks over the entrance for the passengers.
It is also on one of the city’s major intersection which made getting a shot an “interesting” exercise.
I discovered that it was better to get a shot early in the morning rather that late at night due to a green light behind the station name. The green light meant that you couldn’t read the station name. Then you throw in the trams, traffic etc…..you get the idea!
It was an enjoyable shoot and I it was all about timing to get the shot.
Anyway, enough from me, enjoy.
